- Kyle Crystal (Nicolas Cage) was an aging hitman who was betrayed and killed by one of his clients and naturally wound up in Hell. But while in the underworld, he discovers he has the incredibly rare power to permanently kill demons. Meanwhile, an ambitious and unruly archdemon known as Kalixar (Ray Liotta) and his sinister, seductive daughter Kimbax (Kristanna Loken) have found a way to invade the world of the living. They and their followers plan to kill hordes of humans and bind their souls into their service, creating an enslaved army with which to conquer both Hell and Earth.
The devil himself (Ron Perlman) takes notice and offers Kyle a deal - he will return Kyle to the world of the living for 24 hours, and if, in that time, he manages to kill Kalixar and Kimbax, Kyle will be able to remain resurrected and get a second chance at life. If he fails, his own soul will be permanently destroyed. Kyle accepts the offer and returns to the world of the living.
While working his way through some of Kalixar's demonic underlings, Kyle rescues one of their would-be victims: a young homeless prostitute named Sarah (Nicola Peltz). With nowhere else to go, Sarah joins Kyle on his quest. At first Kyle resents her presence, fearing she will get in the way, but it just so happens that Sarah is one of the only other humans who can kill demons. As the two get closer to Kalixar and Kimbax, Kyle begins to develop fatherly feelings for Sarah and promises her that if he succeeds in his mission he will start a new life with her so they can both get on the right track.
Eventually, the two discover Kalixar in his makeshift lair inside an abandoned mall. They think they've got the drop on him, but it turns out to be a trap. Sarah is captured by Kimbax, and Kalixar proves too powerful for Kyle to defeat on his own. Just when all seems lost, however, Kimbax attacks her father, leaving him weak enough that Kyle proceeds to kill him. Kimbax says her plan all along was to overthrow her father and take over Hell and Earth for herself. She reveals to Kyle that those who can kill demons also have the ability to kill angels, and attempts to seduce him into joining her. Together, she says, they can also conquer Heaven and be the masters of all existence. But to prove his loyalty to her, he must kill Sarah.
For a moment it seems as though Kyle is going to agree to this plan, but instead he uses the sacrificial blade Kimbax gives him to cut Sarah free of her bonds. The two succeed in killing Kimbax together, and Kyle succeeds in his mission just before his 24 hours run out. However, the devil reveals that he lied to Kyle and used him; he does not actually have the power to return him to life permanently, and Kyle must return to Hell. Devastated, Sarah tries to kill herself, but with his last moments on Earth Kyle saves her and convinces her to carry on in his memory. As the devil points out, some of Kalixar's followers remain on Earth. Sarah makes it her mission to hunt them all down and also, if at all possible, find a way to resurrect Kyle permanently. The end.

- Wealthy wife and husband Elaine (Radha Mitchell) and Clark (Rupert Evans), whose relationship is strained, decide to leave their three kids with the grandparents for a few days around New Year's and spend the time together in their vacation home up in the mountains. Used to spending summers there, the pair are unnerved by the eerie winter atmosphere. Just as they are beginning to settle in, the power goes out, the furnace fails, the phone lines die, and a freak blizzard traps them in their remote location. Elaine begins to suffer bizarre nightmares about getting lost in the woods and freezing to death, and the pair gradually start to notice strange sounds and things moving around the house.
The phenomena become increasingly frequent and disturbing, and Elaine's dreams more vivid. Eventually, Elaine is chased out of the house by the ghastly, frostbitten apparition of a young woman. She becomes lost in the woods herself and stumbles upon the place where she always dies in her dreams. In the deep snow, she trips over something. Uncovering it reveals it to be the dead body of the young woman whose ghost she saw - clutching a toddler's frozen corpse. Clark manages to find her, and the pair return to the house. But all hell breaks loose as the woman's angry spirit begins relentlessly attacking them. The ghost traps Elaine in the basement, but Clark manages to escape, swearing he will send help and braving the blizzard to make it to the main road.
The next day, Elaine is awoken by noises in the house. The door is broken down by a police officer, who reveals he was sent to help her and that her husband made it home safely. Elaine tries to warn the officer about the haunting, but he doesn't believe her - and indeed, nothing strange happens. The blizzard is over, and the police officer returns Elaine back to town, dropping her off at her parents' house where Clark and the kids are. She knocks on the door but there's no answer. She knocks again and hears movement inside, but there's still no answer. When she peers through the window, she catches a glimpse of the frozen woman's ghost just as it disappears. There in the living room she sees the bodies of her husband, parents, and children - frozen solid. The film comes to a close on her agonized scream.

- Click for plot:
- In a world occupied by "kats" - anthropomorphic catlike people - the metropolis of Megakat City is under constant attack by the supervillain/terrorist Dark Kat (James Earl Jones). The military organization known as the Enforcers, led by Commander Ulysses Feral (Ving Rhames), is tasked with protecting the city. During one of Dark Kat's aerial attacks on the city, two Enforcers fighter pilots - Jake (Ryan Reynolds) and Chance (Vin Diesel) - disobey direct orders in a dogfight and carry out a risky plan of attack. They succeed in shooting down Dark Kat, but he manages to escape - and Jake and Chance are fired from the force for insubordination.
Months later, the pair now work at a junkyard and the on-site repair shop. With Dark Kat's attacks and schemes becoming more frequent - and harder for the Enforcers to stop - the duo decide to take matters into their own hands. Jake, a technical genius, constructs a hi-tech secret lair underneath the junkyard, creating advanced weapons and a cutting-edge fighter jet known as the TurboKat by salvaging materials from the contents of the dump. Together they became vigilante heroes. Chance takes on the secret identity of T-Bone and pilots the TurboKat, while Jake dubs himself Razor and operates its weapons systems - which include a variety of explosive and non-lethal missiles. Collectively, they call themselves the SWAT Kats.
The SWAT Kats get a chance to prove themselves when Dark Kat attacks Megakat city in his own new flying fortress. The Enforcers are overwhelmed, but the SWAT Kats manage to cause major damage to it, forcing Dark Kat to retreat. They quickly become adored by much of the city's population, including the absent-minded Mayor Manx (Billy Crystal) and his put-together Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs (Jessica Alba), who is really responsible for running the city. Commander Feral, however, thinks the vigilantes are a menace and must be captured and put in prison.
After the attack, Callie takes her car, which was damaged during the battle, to the repair shop where Jake and Chance work. Chance develops a crush on Callie and flirts with her relentlessly as Jake is left to repair the car mostly on his own. Chance is so distracted by Callie's beauty that, as she looks around the shop, he allows her to very nearly discover the hidden entrance to the underground lair. It takes a clumsy intervention from Jake to save their secret identities.
Soon, Dark Kat attacks again with a newly-upgraded air fortress. The SWAT Kats take to the skies and have a much harder time overcoming its defenses, even with the reluctant help of the Enforcers. They do, however, manage to save several civilians - including Callie - from being crushed by falling debris. Just as the pair devise a strategy and seem to get the upper hand, a careless move by Commander Feral takes out the TurboKat's weapons systems. Without the SWAT Kats' firepower, the Enforcers are forced to retreat. Razor manages to hack into the systems of Dark Kat's fortress long enough to open one of the landing bays, and the pair successfully board the craft. The vigilante duo fight their way through Dark Kat's demonic underlings, the Creeplings, and make it to Dark Kat's command room. Confronting the evildoer in combat, they find themselves quickly outmatched by his evil power. Just when all seems lost, Commander Feral appears, having boarded the ship himself to confront Dark Kat alone because he considers the safety of the city his personal responsibility.
His surprise attack distracts Dark Kat, and - while T-Bone joins Feral in battle to hold off the villain - Razor makes it to the control panel. While trying to disable its weapons, however, he accidentally sets it to self-destruct. The battle rages on for a bit longer, with Dark Kat desperate to kill Feral and the SWAT Kats and Feral obsessed with capturing both Dark Kat and the vigilantes, but soon it becomes clear they're all running out of time. Dark Kat flees in his escape craft and Commander Feral demands the SWAT Kats surrender to him and leave as prisoners on his aircraft. Razor surrenders to Feral in exchange for him allowing T-Bone to remain behind to pilot the fortress into the desert so that its remains don't cause devastation by falling into the city below.
Feral leaves the fortess in his craft and heads out to a safe distance, Razor in tow. T-Bone successfully gets the fortress out into the desert, but it begins to self-destruct with him still onboard. Razor watches in terror as the fortress explodes piece by piece, and Feral even admits T-Bone's bravery and the nobility of his sacrifice. Suddenly, just before the final explosion, the TurboKat comes zooming out of the landing bay with T-Bone piloting it. When Feral and Razor land, the Commander decides to let Razor go as a thank-you for he and T-Bone saving the city. He warns him, though, that he'll still be after them if they continue their vigilante activities. Jake and Chance meet back at the lair, each delighted to see they are both alive and free. Despite Feral's warning, the two decide it's their calling to continue defending Megakat City from serious threats, and commit to their new double lives.
Days later, as Callie is working a late night alone in her office, the SWAT Kats sneak in to surprise her. Razor presents her with a special communicator he's invented so that she can get in touch with them whenever they may be needed. Even in his disguise, T-Bone can't help but flirt with her. She gives him a kiss on the cheek and he tries to invite her for a ride in the TurboKat, which she politely declines. Razor has to literally drag him out of the office, and the movie ends with him slamming the door shut on T-Bone's tail.

TITLE SCREEN / OPENING CREDITS
THIRTEEN YEARS LATER
In the courtyard of the royal palace of Eternia, Prince Adam (Played by an unknown but very muscular young actor named Lance Garrett), now 19, trains in combat with his friend and Captain of the Royal Guard, the fierce warrior woman known as Teela (Shailene Woodley). Teela gets the best of him in their sparring, and remarks that while he's very strong, he needs to focus more on his training to develop proper combat skills. Teela's father, royal military adviser Man-At-Arms (Russell Crowe), has been watching and concurs, warning him that scouts have reported strange activity in the barren wastelands surrounding Snake Mountain. Adam scoffs, saying the evils of Snake Mountain are nothing but an old myth, and that Eternia has been at peace for decades.
Adam goes to visit his parents, King Randor (Viggo Mortensen) and Queen Marlena (Julianne Moore), in the throne room of the palace. The two are listening to the ravings of Orko (a CG character voiced by Justin Long), the inept court wizard, who insists that he senses unfathomable levels of evil magic coming from the wastelands. The king and queen inform him their best scouts are already investigating, but Orko says they should send the army immediately before it's too late. The monarchs disregard his warning and dismiss him.
Adam strikes up a conversation with his parents, who remark that Orko means well but just isn't up to the standards of their previous court wizard, Evelyn, who disappeared some months ago. Adam says Orko is a good friend, if a bit clumsy, and they should give him the benefit of the doubt. When his parents ask him how his training is going, Adam awkwardly changes the subject and goes to ask Orko more about his warning.
Far away in the wastelands of Eternia, the missing wizard Evelyn (Carrie-Anne Moss) is conducting a series of dark spells inside the dusty, ruined corridors carved out of Snake Mountain. Her magic finally succeeds in unsealing a huge door with disfigured skeletons carved into it. Passing through the doorway, she enters what used to be a throne room. Suddenly, from the corridor behind her, she is attacked by a raging, furry creature. After a brief struggle, she zaps it with her magic scepter, rendering it unconscious. She searches the room and finds a sealed coffin, declaring that through her power, the legendary Skeletor will rise again.
Back at the palace, Orko and Adam are hanging out together in one of the many grand hallways when Orko suddenly begins to convulse as if he's having a seizure. Sparks and bolts of magic fly from his fingertips uncontrollably, comedically transforming various items in the hallway into small animals. In response to the commotion, a helmeted head on a telescoping neck peers around a corner to observe and is nearly struck by a stray bolt. As Adam desperately tries to calm Orko, the man with the extending neck – Mekaneck (Jackson Rathbone) – runs up to assist him.
Cut back to the throne room in Snake Mountain, where, in a whirl of dark energy conjured by Evelyn, a pile of dust inside the coffin gradually comes together and takes the form of a blue-skinned man with nothing but a skull where his head should be – Skeletor (Dave Bautista). As the ritual concludes, a staff tipped with the skull of a ram materializes in Skeletor's hand, and he slams it down on the floor loudly, causing Evelyn to drop into a reverant bow.
In the palace hallway, Orko suddenly returns to normal. Mekaneck yells at him for being reckless, but Adam says something must be wrong and asks Orko what happened. Orko replies that there was a distant surge of evil wizardry so powerful it disrupted his own magic, and that he was right about something terrible happening at Snake Mountain. Mekaneck, who happens to be the leader of a scouting company that just returned from the wastelands, confirms he and his group saw strange lights coming from the mountain but were recalled before they could investigate. The three rush back to the throne room to warn the king and queen.
In Snake Mountain, the revived Skeletor lords over Evelyn, asking why she has resurrected him. When she tries to flatter him by saying he is the true rightful ruler of Eternia and that the current king and queen are incompetent, he senses she isn't telling the whole truth and threatens her with death if she is not honest. She confesses that she was the royal wizard, but yearned for more power than the king and queen would ever allow her to have. She hopes she can be Skeletor's apprentice and help him conquer the planet in exchange for being taught his mastery of evil magic. Skeletor accepts this answer and the proposal, though he warns her she must obey his every command or be destroyed. When he asks her name, he mishears it as “Evil-Lyn,” which he finds odd but amusing. She attempts to correct him, but he decides to call her by that ridiculous name from now on to remind her of her inferiority. He also conjures up a set of dark robes to replace her royal attire.
Knowing he will need more evil warriors, Skeletor looks to the unconscious creature on the floor and deems it suitable for a lieutenant. With a surge of magic from his staff, he revives the beast and grants it a more human-like form, along with what he describes as a “rudimentary” level of intelligence and enhanced strength. He dubs the resulting monster Beast Man (John Tui).
In the throne room, Orko, Adam, and Mekaneck manage to convince the king and queen to send a small group of soldiers to protect and retrieve the scouts currently surveying the wastelands, but, at the recommendation of Man-At-Arms, the monarchs refuse to authorize a major military mobilization without more proof something is seriously amiss. Angry at this decision, Adam confides in Teela that he's becoming worried his parents and her father are acting irresponsibly, to which Teela replies that Adam is usually the irresponsible one, and that she trusts her father's judgment. To Teela's surprise, Adam requests extra combat training just in case serious trouble is brewing.
ONE WEEK LATER
The military unit sent to protect the scouts in the wastelands finds them all dead at their campsite around a small watering hole. As they investigate the scene, a bolt of dark energy shoots into the water, transforming a tiny aquatic creature into the humanoid monster known as Mer-Man (Kellan Lutz). The soldiers fight him bravely, but he is incredibly strong and they attempt to retreat. As they turn tail, however, they run into Beast Man, Skeletor, and Evil-Lyn, who proceed to slaughter them. High in the sky, a winged man, Stratos (James Marsden), watches silently and flies off unseen.
Skeletor and his evil warriors return to Snake Mountain, taking with them the body of the Eternian military unit's commander. Using a combination of dark magic and dangerous ancient technology that was sealed away deep inside the mountain, Skeletor resurrects the commander as Trap Jaw (Nathan Jones), a deadly cyborg who, like Beast Man and Mer-Man, is magically enslaved to Skeletor's will. Skeletor remarks to his followers that all he needs now is an army and he will be able to begin his plan to conquer the world.
DAYS LATER
Stratos arrives at the royal palace and requests an audience with the king and queen, which he is granted, being the de facto leader of the isolated bird-people of Avion. In the throne room, he addresses the king, queen, and Man-At-Arms, while Prince Adam, Orko, and Teela eavesdrop from just outside. Stratos explains that he went to investigate the strange events in the wastelands himself and witnessed Skeletor's annihilation of the Eternian troops. All present are shocked to hear this, with King Randor insisting that Skeletor was killed and his remains sealed away centuries ago after his defeat at Castle Grayskull. But Man-At-Arms is a close friend of Stratos and vouches for him, saying his vision is as impeccable as his mind and that there is no way he could be mistaken. Prince Adam and Teela are shaken by their fathers' acknowledgment that Skeletor is real. As far as they knew, he was only a legend.
FLASHBACK
Young Adam, the night after his encounter with the falcon, is being looked after by Evelyn. He tells her about the castle he saw and asks what it was. Evelyn tells him the legend of Castle Grayskull. The legend is conveyed to the audience as an animated sequence narrated by Evelyn. In the legend, Grayskull was an important Eternian fortress centuries ago when a magical stone of immense power was discovered beneath it. The stone would grant any wizard who could absorb its magic the power to single-handedly conquer the planet.
At the time, the kingdom of Eternia did not span the entire planet; in the unexplored wastelands there was another kingdom known as Infinita ruled by the diabolically evil Lord Keldor from his dark palace inside Snake Mountain. Keldor sensed the energy of the stone when it was uncovered and immediately decided to make its power his own. Knowing he would not be able to take on its energy in his mortal form, Keldor summoned all of the wizards of Infinita and stole their magic with a dark ritual. The process transformed him into a half-man, half-demon: Skeletor.
Skeletor and his armies invaded Eternia, and a devastating but brief war ensued as the forces of Infinita made their way to Castle Grayskull. When it became clear that Skeletor could not be stopped before reaching the castle, the court wizard of Eternia, Kuduk (Tilda Swinton), accepted the responsibility of trying to claim the power for herself before he could get to it. However, she had only managed to take on a small portion of the stone's energy when she was apparently vaporized. Skeletor arrived at the castle and fought his way in, but just as he approached the stone, Kuduk re-appeared as a powerful ethereal sorceress.
Kuduk and Skeletor fought a long, grueling battle of magic, and the small fraction of the stone's power Kuduk had absorbed was enough to match all the power Skeletor had stolen from his kingdom's wizards. In the end, Skeletor was reduced to dust by Kuduk's most powerful spell. Without their cruel leader, the armies of Infinita surrendered to the Eternians, and the kingdoms were united. Skeletor's remains were returned to Snake Mountain and sealed away with a magic spell.
Back in the present, Man-At-Arms rallies the armies of Eternia to defend Castle Grayskull, knowing that Skeletor will try to claim the power of the stone again. Adam is training with Teela harder than ever when, out of the corner of his eye, he sees the same falcon he saw as a child. A voice echoes in his head, beckoning him to follow. Distracted, Adam is defeated by Teela and excuses himself from training, claiming he's remembered something very important he must do. Teela lets him go but is suspicious and tails him.
Adam follows the falcon back through the woods and finds Castle Grayskull. As the falcon approaches, the ancient drawbridge leading into the castle opens for the first time in centuries. Adam enters the castle at the urging of the voice in his head, and the drawbridge closes just before Teela can follow him in. Inside, the falcon transforms into Kuduk, who explains that she has been the guardian of the castle ever since the war with Infinita, the stone's magic having granted her an ageless spirit form. Decades after the war, she convinced the rulers of Eternia to abandon the castle and convince future generations the war had never happened and neither the stone nor Skeletor existed, in order to prevent evildoers from seeking the power.
She reveals that before Skeletor died, he placed a powerful curse on her that trapped her immortal spirit inside the castle and tied her life force to his. Now she can only interact with the outside world by projecting an image of the falcon, her spirit animal. The idea of Skeletor's spell was that when he died, Kuduk would too – however, the spell was incomplete when Skeletor perished. Instead, the two now share the same life force, and only one can exist at a time. With Skeletor resurrected, Kuduk's spirit is fading away. She has watched Adam, direct descendant of the king who ruled in the time of the war, all his life – and now has chosen him to take her place as the guardian of Grayskull and the magic stone.
Adam protests that he has no magic power of his own and isn't prepared to take on the role, and Kuduk presents him with a mystical Sword of Power she has created over the centuries, which will be able to absorb and store a small amount of the stone's power much as she did. As a non-wizard, he will not be able to use the power to cast spells, but calling forth the magic in the sword will grant him unmatched strength by transforming him into He-Man. Adam reluctantly accepts his role, and Kuduk presides over the ceremony to imbue the sword with power from the stone. As Adam transforms into He-Man for the first time, Kuduk fades away, entrusting him to save Eternia with her last words.
As He-Man leaves the castle, he is spotted by Teela, who immediately recognizes him as Adam. At first he tries to insist he's a different person, but Teela points out he's not even remotely disguised and he gives up. She asks him what has happened and he promises to explain on the way back to the palace, even though it's kind of a long story.
Back in Snake Mountain, Skeletor senses Kuduk's death and declares that with her gone, he is now back to full power. He demonstrates his power – and prepares for war – by summoning a huge army of demonic warriors. He orders his forces to march on Castle Grayskull so that he can finally claim the power of the stone for his own.
He-Man and Teela return to the palace and explain to the king, queen, and Man-At-Arms how Adam is the new guardian of Grayskull. He-Man declares he will join the army in defending the castle, but the king and queen refuse to grant him permission, too worried about losing their son. They command Man-At-Arms to take the Sword of Power from him and ensure he remains locked in his quarters. Later that day, however, as the troops begin to mobilize, Man-At-Arms finds Adam, returns his sword, and helps him sneak out of the palace to join the army. Much to Man-At-Arms' dismay, Teela demands to accompany them. Also joining the army are Stratos, Mekaneck, and even Orko, who claims his magical “expertise” will be needed.
The two armies converge on Grayskull, and an epic battle begins as the Eternians try to prevent Skeletor and his minions from entering the castle. The Eternians are shocked to see that Evelyn is now serving Skeletor. With the support of the Eternian army, Man-At-Arms takes on Skeletor, Teela fights Beast Man, Stratos duels Mer-Man, Mekaneck confronts Trap Jaw, and Orko enters a magic showdown with Evil-Lyn. Meanwhile, Adam transforms into He-Man and cuts huge swaths through the demon army. The heroes hold their own for the most part, and even Orko messes up his spells in ways which prove surprisingly effective. The exception is Man-At-Arms; he's greatly outmatched by Skeletor's evil power, and even the backup of his most trusted soldiers can't even the odds. Skeletor shoots a beam of dark energy straight through his heart, and Man-At-Arms collapses to the ground, fatally wounded.
Teela rushes to his side, and Man-At-Arms apologizes profusely, saying that if he'd only told the king and queen to send the full army to Snake Mountain, they might have stopped Skeletor before things got this far. Teela says there's no way he could have known that Skeletor had really returned and that he did the right thing by not leaving the palace defenseless. With his last words, Man-At-Arms makes Teela swear to make sure Adam becomes the guardian that Grayskull needs.
Skeletor heads for the castle only to be stopped by He-Man. The two fight and at first He-Man does impressively well; thanks to the stone's power, his physical strength is far greater than Skeletor's. But soon the villain gains the upper hand with his evil magic. Just as He-Man is on the ropes, Teela attacks Skeletor from behind, knocking the staff from his hand. Beast Man soon arrives to distract Teela, but with Skeletor's magic much weaker without the use of his staff, He-Main again gains the upper hand and forces Skeletor back from the castle entrance. Meanwhile, Orko manages to somehow absorb a spell cast at him by Evil-Lyn, and with the extra power, accidentally unleashes a wave of energy that banishes all of the demon soldiers. He-Man destroys Skeletor's staff with a blast of pure good magic from the Sword of Power, and a furious Skeletor orders a retreat, teleporting himself and his minions back to Snake Mountain but swearing the stone will one day be his.
Back at the palace, a somber funeral is held for Man-At-Arms. Teela swears to Adam she will train him harder than ever in order to carry out her father's dying wish and make sure Eternia is protected. Teela is promoted to the new military adviser to the king and queen, taking her late father's place. Stratos returns to Avion, but promises he will join He-Man again in battle if he is ever needed. Orko finally gets a little bit more respect, and is fawned over by several pretty ladies. Mekaneck leaves on a long-term covert mission to spy on Snake Mountain. And King Randor and Queen Marlena apologize to their son for not putting more trust in him.
MID-CREDITS SCENE:
In Snake Mountain, Skeletor's minons – except for Evil-Lyn – cower as he rants and raves at them for ruining his plan. Evil-Lyn tries to join him in chiding the others, but Skeletor scolds her for being just as pathetic as the rest. As he finishes forging himself a new staff, he sends out a huge blast of energy that shakes the mountain and screams at the top of his lungs that he will destroy He-Man, whatever it takes.

- Spoiler:
Ryan Thomas is seen laying out on a beach. His girlfriend comes up from out in the water to lay by his side. She asks him what he wants to do later that evening only to realize that he is sleeping. She scoffs and sits there for a few moments before she gets up takes her things and leaves. She turns around to scream “fuck you" at the still sleeping (Ryan) Thomas. A couple hours later we see Ryan wake up, take a look around and mutter “shit
(Flash forward an unspecified amount of time) Ryan is seen sitting in a small office with Ron Taylor. We see Ron flipping through papers on his clipboard. He glances up at Ryan who smiles reassuringly. Ron looks over the papers one more time before he speaks “ Well Mr. Thomas you seem plenty qualified for the job and we have been a bit understaffed as of recently... Can you start work on Monday?" Ryan stands up excitedly and shakes Ron's hand saying “Of course sir, I'm excited to be part of the program here." The two start walking towards the door together Ron chuckling a little bit
We see Ryan walking through the parking lot getting into his car ( which is somewhat beat up looking)
Next he is shown laying in his bed back in his apartment and then in the next shot he is asleep with his alarm clock ringing
We see Ryan walking through the same parking lot that we did earlier, this time he is shown passing a sign which says Welcome to the Zoo.
Ryan is now standing in front of the Pola Bear exhibit where the Pola Bears are sitting lazily and there is no people around. A voice from behind him says “how much do you know about Polar Bears?" Ryan turns around and begins to speak quickly “They are carnivorous mammals that live in the..." The man puts his hands up and says “slow down kid," reaching his hand out for and hand shaken he continues “I'm Jack Felder" Ryan continues to stare dumbly at Jack. Jack walks over and sits down on the ledge of the window that separates viewers from the Polar Bears. Ryan hesitates before following in that suite “Kid that's how you scare away visitors." You need to be warm and inviting"
Ryan nods and turns around to look at the Polar Bears “How much do you know about them?" He asks. Jack replies “not as much as I should, I've spent lots of time with them, but I can't say I've done much research on them." Jack points through the window “That little one out there his name is Koda, and over there thats Maya, and.... Where is he... Oh there's Beeman." Jack turns back around and says “giving them names makes them more human " After a brief silence the two lock eyes and Ryan says “Do you wanna go for a drink after work
Ryan pulls into the parking lot of a local bar. When he walks inside he looks around and sees Jack waving him over. Ryan walks over to Jack and sit beside him at the bar. Jack looks at him and says “Well how was the first day of work" Ryan hesitates to order a drink before responding “Well it wasn't particularly exciting..." Jack interjects “Why is that?" Ryan says “Well... There weren't many people there" Jack takes a sip of his drink before replying “To be fair we haven't been busy much lately" Ryan says “Don't you find that disappointing? I came here because I wasn't doing anything with my life and I was hoping that there was someone who would appreciate my work, I know its not a monumental task but I saw the opening and figured that maybe it was a start." Jack smiles and says “The animals well."
Ryan glances around the bar before asking “How long have you worked there, at the Zoo?" Jack sighs and says “ twenty, maybe twenty one"
Ryan whistles asking “And What is it that has compelled you in the morning to get your ass out of bed and go work at the Zoo for the past twenty years?" Jack says cooly “ Just trying to fill holes in my life at first but I found a place that really mattered to me" Jack looks at Ryan and smiles “It hasn't found its way into your heart yet but it well." Ryan laughs and says “cheers to looking after wild ass animals and whatever else we do."
The next day Ryan is at work and you see him listening to Jack talk to visitors as he talks about manatees. Ryan stops leans against the wall and listens to what Jack Has to say and then walks away.
We see Ryan and another female zookeeper feeding some of the animals. Next we see Ryan looking over the lion pen and Jack walks up beside. “How's your day been" Jack asks happily. Ryan smirks and replies “not too bad. The lemurs are a bit wild though" Jack nods. We see the two walking down the trails together. Jack asks “You did some of your work with Jenifer today right?" Ryan nods looking towards the giraffes. Jack stops, turns towards Ryan and says “You should ask her on a date." Ryan laughs and looks at Jack “you're serious he says." Jack replies “yeah, well..
. If I were you I'd take my advice." Ryan frowns as they pass by the Kangaroo pen “But I just met her today and my history with girls is to screw things up." Jack smirks “You and me both. Look she's a pretty girl, she's only a couple years older than you and she dumped her boyfriend a few months ago." Ryan says no Jack raises his eyebrows and says “Think about it" and they both laugh
Later that Night we see Ryan pulling into a K-Mart parking lot and get out of his car. He walks down the isles of the store grabs a carton of Milk from the fridge and on the way back up front he stops and looks at a box of doughnuts. After looking over the nutrition facts he takes those up with him to the cash register.
Next we see Ryan sitting alone in his apartment drinking milk straight out of the jug which is only 1/3 full and eating a eating half of a doughnut before throwing the other half back down in the box. A few moments later his alarm clock starts ringing. Ryan sighs.
Now we see Ryan walking through the room where he once again sees Jack talking about manatees. Ryan gives Jack a wave as he walks by
Now we see Ryan and Jenifer feeding the lemurs. “They're slightly cantankerous aren't they?" Jenifer laughs and replies “But they're cute too." Ryan finds himself smiling for a brief moment but then it fades into a kind of disappointed look. He moves on to the next cage. Jenifer follows behind him and they stand in silence for a few moments before Ryan asks “Do you like being a Zookeeper here?" Jenifer muses this thought for a moment before saying “I suppose I do, what about you are you enjoying it?" Ryan continues to feed the animals but replies “I'm really beginning to."
We see Ryan walk into the office where we learned he got the job he walks by an open door and sees Jack and Ron talking sternly neither one of them looking happy Ryan grabs the papers he came for off of a cabinet and begins to walk back towards the door out he hears Jack say “Damn it."
Next we see Jack hunched over a beer at the bar (the same bar from earlier in the film.) “Are you sure everything is alright?" Ryan asks. “Yeah it was just a minor issue." Jack mutters. Ryan looks at the bartender and says “Two shots please." Jack looks at Ryan questioningly as there shots arrive in front of them Ryan enthusiastically speaks “ Come on man, let's have a good time tonight." The two down their shots. They smile giddily at each other. Jack turns to the bartender and says “Two more shots please."
Now we see Ryan stumble out of his car and up the stairs to his apartment and unlock the door. He steps on an empty milk carton down the whole and he falls into bed.
We see Ryan drive into the K-Mart parking lot the next morning, he comes back our of K-Mart with a carton of milk which he starts drinking on the way to work.
Skip through Ryan's day at work and we see him in Jenifer after they've finished feeding the animals. He and Jenifer spend a few minutes talking before Ryan asks “Ummm... Would you like to go on a date with me some time? ” Jenifer looks around and excitedly replies “Yes." Ryan smiles and says “Awsome can you do Friday evening?" Jenifer checks her calendrr on her phone “I sure can."
“Great" Ryan says “Great" Jenifer repeats back and they walk their separate ways
Jack is sitting on a picnic table near the front of the zoo with a bag of M&Ms. Ryan comes up slides on to the table and says “I took your advise." Jack asks “What advise?Ryan says “I asked Jenifer out in a date" Jack smiles and says “I figured you would" Ryan spots the bag of M&Ms in Jack's hand.“Toss me one" he says. Jack looks at him questioningly. Ryan says “toss it up in the air I'll catch it in my mouth."Jack still looks skeptical. “Here I'll shown you." Ryan requests. Jack hands Ryan the bag. Ryan tosses an M&M high up the air leans back and catches it in his mouth. Ryan grabs another one out if the bag holds it and tosses it up and there for Jack to catch but it just bounces off his teeth and lands in the ground. Ryan laughs saying “You'll get the hang if it."
We see Ryan preparing for his date stumbling around multiple empty milk cartons in the floor.
Ryan picks Jenifer up and they go to a semi-Fancy Italian restaurant. The two sit down and share a little small talk and eat their meals. On the way out in the parking lot Ryan says “That food was garbage" she replies “Yeah... It was gross"
Ryan takes her home and heads back to his apartment. He walks inside looks in the fridge and grabs out a half empty carton of milk.
“How was the date?" Jack asks as Ryan slides next to him at the bar. “it was alright" Ryan responds as he waves the bartender over. “It didn't go well did it?" Jack asks knowingly. Ryan shrugs and says ,“It was fine... It just felt too much like a date at a nice restaurant with nice people yet everything seems so calculated." Jack nods in response. “I wanted it to go well I really did" Ryan adds. “ I know the feeling" Jack adds. They sip their drinks in silence
*montage * Ryan watching Jack talk about the animals, Ryan doing stuff with the animals, Ryan and Jack at the bar, Ryan st his apartment (sleeping, drinking milk, ect.)
We see Ryan walk into work, he sees that there is a meeting with all staff required after the park closes tonight. As he is entering the zoo Jack spots him and makes his way towards him. Jack asks “Can you take over my morning aquatic anima tour?" Ryan looks hesitant burn replies “of course." Jack puts his hand on Ryan's shoulder and says “I know you've watched me do it plenty of times. You got this." Ryan nods and Jack “Thanks" and heads off in the other direction"
We see Ryan standing in the aquatic life section waiting nervously as a few visitors trickle in. He checks his watch, 2 minutes until the tour was supposed to start a few more families came in. Ryan takes a deep breath and begins. “ Welcomed to today's first aquatic life tour where you'll see are many marvelous creatures that dwell under the sea let's start over here with the manatees." As Ryan makes his way over to the manatees he begins to get nervous. Once they get there he stammers trying to remember how Jack usually startsRyan looks up at his audience (which isn't large in size) and says “ Anyone have any good jokes about Manatees?" No one in the audience said a word. Ryan laughs and says “That's a shame the last tour group had aggregation of them." When no one in the audience laughed Ryan added “You'all understand joke when I get finished talking about manatees" By this point Ryan had gained his footing and began to go into his dissertation on manatees. When he was finished the audience applauded him
We see Ron at the front and center of a room with all the employees of the zoo bunched together I'm the room. Ron looks over the faces of the people in the room and sighs. I am so sorry to tell all of my dedicated employees here that when the season is over our beloved zoo will be closing." The workers looked shocked. Ron continues “Our attendance is at an all time low and I've put a lot of effort over the last few years to justify..." Ron begins crying but continues speaking “... To justify keeping this place going, hoping that people would return things would change but I can say now that I can't justify it..." He begins to sob harder “I can't justify not anymore." Ryan walks to Ron and gives him a hug.
Ryan goes to the bar that night to find that Jack isn't there. The bartender asks Ryan “Is there anything I can get you" Ryan shakes his head and stares off in the distance.
We see a couple shots of Ryan doing things in his apartment to establish passage of time. The tone is kind of dreary and hollow
Now we see Jack and Ryan sitting at a table alone. Jack looks up at the sky. The two remain silent. Finally Jack says “How long till the zoo closes?" Ryan checks his watch and replies “15 minutes" Jack nods and stands up “Come this way" Ryan gets up and follows. The two of them walk through the empty aquatic area. Jack says “Isn't striking to see them without anyone else here he says nodding towards the Manatees. Ryan turns around to watch. “ Watching them, observing them without distraction you can almost get lost and forget that you're human." The two just stand there in the dark room watching the Manatees swim for a while.
Finally the two walk out of the aquatic area and Ryan asks “Where are we going now." Jack responds “To see the Polar Bears."
The two of them enter the Polar Bear pin. Beeman and Koda were sleeping down on the rocks but Maya notices them right away and walked up towards them. Jack held out his hand and Maya came up and nuzzeled her head against his hand. Ryan looks in awe. Jack leans down and whispers and Maya's ear while pointing at Ryan. Maya slowly makes her way over to Ryan. Ryan takes a couple quick steps back. Jack says quietly but assertively “Just be calm and do what I did." Ryan sticks his hand out shaking. He takes a couple deep breath and he begins to stand more steady. He closes his eyes. He opens then when Maya's head reaches his hand. Maya's eyes meet Ryan's and Ryan smiles. Maya lays down right where she stood. Jack comes up and sits down next to Maya and pets her playfully. Ryan sits down next Jack and follow his lead.
Jack sighs and says “Sometimes I wish I could be Polar Bear or a Manatee." Ryan and Jack lock eyes. Jack says “I'm not coming to work the rest of this week."
“What? Why?" Ryan asks. Jack looks back up in the sky and says “This polar bear here..." Placing his hand on Maya “Ron let me name her when we first got her. I decided to name her after my one and only child." Ryan looks at Jack completely dumbfounded “I.didn't realize you had a child" Jack replied “Well I haven't seen her for many years, Tomorrow will be the first time in forever that I get to see her" Ryan sits up and says “Wow." Then he lays back down. Jack laughs “I really want things to go well tomorrow, but I'm prepared for anything I always have been." The two spend most of the rest of the night laying In that Polar Bear pen.
We see Jack dressed up fairly nice driving through a downtown area. He finds a parking space a couple blocks away from his desired location and checks his watch. He climbs out of his car and looks at the sky around him. He begins to walk over to a nice restaurant which is kinds fancy but also has an urban feel to it. Jack walks inside. A hostess asks him “How many well it be today?" Jack replies “two." She takes him over to a two person table positioned next to a window where the street can be easily viewed. A waiter comes by and asks Jack “ Can I get you anything to drink?" Jack looks up and then back down st his menu and says “ Water will be fine for now." Jack checks his watch again and taps his fingers while he looks out the window. He observes a happy family walking on the msidewalk across the street with a father carrying a little girl on his shoulders. When he looks back he sees his daughter (Maya) making her way towards the table. He begins to stand up
and say “Hey honey" but she sits down at the table and begins to look at the menu before she even makes eye contact with him
Jack sits down taken aback. He looks up at her still apparently looking over the menu. He says “So its been a while. I hear that you and ..." Maya puts the menu down on the table and says to Jack sternly “I'm only hear because mom wanted me to." Just than the waiter comes back with Jack's water. The waitress asks Maya “Would you like anything to drink mam?" Maya smiles and says “Could I get Iced tea please." The waiter replies “sure can."
Jack takes a sip of water and says “Why the hell would mom want you to see me" Maya holds up two fingers and says “ Two things. One, I have absolutely no ides why she thinks I should come to see you. Two she's not your mom she's my mom she's my mom. Your mom died from cancer four years ago but you didn't bother to go to the funeral." Jack shakes his head in disbelief “ I regret not going to her funeral but I opted to sit at a bar and drink beer and pretend that it never happened." Maya nods her head and says “That's what me and mom guessed you ran away and pretended things were fine and what was happening, none of it concerned you. Did you even take off work the next day or did you get up bright and early so you could be there to talk to a handful of uneducated losers about your God damn manatees." The waiter cokes back again with Maya's tea and asks the pair if they're ready to order. Maya's voice shifts to a much sweeter tone and she says “Could you give us a few minutes please."
She looks at Jack intently and says “Well I'm here... Do you have anything you want to say to me."
Jack shakes his heat at a loss before starting “Look I know I wasn't the best father per say and I wasn't home a lot but that was my way of coping with everything that was going in in my life at the time. I didn't mean to hurt you or your mom in the process of it all." Maya looks at him with a different kind of fire in her eyes “Mom could never find it in herself to blame you, you meant to much to her. But I think you and I can both agree that this is all your fault. You were the one who spent long nights at the bar, you were the one who didn't show up until two hours after you were supposed to to pick your daughter up from school and you were the one who spent more time taking care of those fucking Zoo animals than you did your own family." Maya stands up and begins to walk away but she stops to turn around and say “You know I'm actually glad I came to meet you today so I could express to you just how much I fucking hate you" without another hesitation Maya turns around and heads straight to the door.
We see Ryan standing in front of the polar Bear pen on a rainy day looking intently through the glass. A little kid comes up and pokes Ryan. When Ryan turns around to look at him the kid asks “How much do you know about Pola Bears?" Ryan looks back towards the bears and says “Not as much as I should, I'll never know as much as I should." The kid looks through the glass silently
Now we see Ryan on the day of the zoos closing right after it closed to the public. Ryan is taking one last walk around the zoo. We see him standing at many exhibits from the zoo (flamingos, lions, tigers, monkeys, wolves, elephants , rhinos, Kangaroos, manatees, Polar Bears so on) finally we see him standing at the lemur cage. Looking at the ground he stands and sticks two fingers in the cage. One of the lemurs climbs up towards him and puts its hand on Ryan's fingers. Ryan looks up to see all of the lemurs looking at him. Ryan is beginning into tear up. “This is it guys" he chokes out before he begins to bawl
We see Ryan get out of his car in the K-Mart parking lot and just sit by his car and bawl. Once he calms down we see him pull out his phone and call someone, he says “ Do you wanna come over? I have beer."
Next we see the two sitting solemnly in Ryan's apartment (Jack with his beer Ryan with his milk) Jack says “Do you regret working at the zoo?" Ryan looks up and says “No, not at all."
Jack looks down at the table and says “Life is a bitch sometimes." Ryan laughs and replies “no shit" Ryan grabs a bag of M&Ms from the pantry. He smiles at Jack he tosses one up in the air and Jack catches it in his mouth.

Plot:
- Spoiler:
Micha is a driving instructor or Right-Way Driving School. One particular night around 8:00 PM he picks up Rhiane to take her on her last drive. They are driving back to her house late at night on an empty road when Micha sees a girl standing in the middle of the rode wearing a red dress. The girl runs at the car but right before the two collided she disappears.
Rhiane shows no evidence that she saw her but Micha is scared out of his mind. When they get back to the school to finish up Rhiane's paper work Micha apologizes. Rhiane tells Micha that a friend of hers had died in a car crash near the spot where Micha had seen the girl and that she had been buried in a red dress.
Micha is unnerved by everything from the night but he goes back to his house and manages to get some sleep. Micha's life continues Like normal for the next couple days but one night while he is alone at the driving school after finishing teaching a class he begins to here voices. Micha is going crazy and wondering around the driving school when his boss walks in. Micha plays it off like everything is normal but he asks his boss if he's noticed anything strange around the place lately. Micha's boss says that he thinks the school has always been strange especially since his wife had died in 2010
Micha (who hadn't been working at the driving school when his bosses wife had worked there) asked some if the other instructors what they knew about Their bosses' dead wife. They explained to Micha that she had been the heart and soul of the driving school before she had died. That she had loved the place with every ounce of her soul. They said that even after she got sick she continued to work there more than anyone else and eventually she died right there in the driving school after finishing up some classes.
About a week later Michael get assigned to do drives with a student that would require him to go on the same road where he had seen the girl in the red dress. Micha tries to convince his boss to give the route to one of the other instructors but isn't able to convince him.
Micha is very nervous on the way to pick the kid up, but safely he makes it to the kid's house. The kid gets in the car and introduces himself as Bruno. While they are driving back down that street Bruno questions why Micha is so nervous (I'm the one who's new to driving after all.) Micha plays it off. Once they get past the spot Micha begins to ease up a little bit and the two actually have a good lesson and Micha is very impressed with Bruno's driving.
On the way back to Bruno's house Micha feels fine and is convinced that nothing is going to happen. That is until (while Micha is looking the other direction out the passenger window) Bruno swerved of the road crashing. It appears that Bruno is unconscious and badly hurt to Micha (who is hurt himself but not to badly.) Micha gets out of the car to see the girl in the red dress standing in the middle of the road. She slowly walks towards Micha.
Micha is freaking out but unable of moving very far. The girl in the red dress sits down a tree stump a few feet away from Micha and starts crying. Micha is in shock and unaware what to do so he just watches.
Eventually Micha asks what's the matter. The Girl in the Red Dress explains that Bruno is dead (she doesn't explain how she knows.) Micha asks “Why are you... Like this?" The girl in the red dress tells Micha her story about how she had been driving back from college to see her mom when she saw her old driving instructor sitting in the back if the car behind her but that couldn't be possible because she had died many years ago. She says that she (her driving instructor) started screaming things about her little sister at her. The girl in the red dress says that she couldn't make out most of it but it was definitely negative. Finally she says that she was just so confused, so upset that she crossed the center line and hit another car head on. Micha asks her why she has been standing out in the rode on the nights when he drive through. She tells him that she was just trying to make contact with her sister (who apparently couldn't see her.) Micha looks very confused. The girl in the red dress begins to explain who her sister is when name car pulls over to the side of the rode.
Rhiane steps out of the car and starts walking towards Micha, asking if he's okay. As she steps closet and sees the look on Micha's face she exclaims “She's talking to you isn't she!? Don't listen to her!" The girl in the red dress begins to sob uncontrollably. Micha looks at The girl in the red dress in sympathy. Rhiane screams “I said don't listen to her!" Pulling out a knife and holding it towards Micha. Suddenly the voice that Micha heard that night in the driving school is audible saying “I told you not to go down this route." Rhiane holds her head and screams. Micha makes an attempt to get up and disarm Rhiane but she stand him under the arm. The Girl in the red dress is screaming desperately at her sister now but she doesn't seem to hear it. Rhiane says to Micha but possibly aimed elsewhere “My sister was my best friend until she left for college, then we stopped talking, we.stopped communicating, she just left me hear alone... Yeah the little ghost from the driving school tried tin steer me down a better path, but that just made me want to fight it less." Rhiane seems uncertain if she wants to stab Micha again and the girl in the red dressed seems shocked in to submission.
The girl in the red dress steps in front of Rhiane and trys to talk to her, pleading that she should have done more to keep in touch with her that she was wrong, that she was sorry, that Rhiane doesn't have to do this. Rhiane never makes eye contact with the girl in the red dress but she says “Its too late before stabbing Micha again definitely killing him and then killing herself. We see the girl in the red dress standing over the bodies bawling.

Plot:
- Spoiler:
In this prequel to the story of Peter Pan, Peter and his ragtag group of orphans are placed on the leaky, poorly-run ship known as the "The Neverland," to be deposited on the island of Rundoon. Rundoon is governed by a barbaric king, whose acts of torture and abuse--such as the time he fed his father to his pet snake--are well-known throughout the empire. As the orphans travel the wide seas in a leaky vessel infested with rats, take abuse by the second-in-command, Slank, and are served meals that are still alive and moving, they are not sure if their fate under such a tyrant would be worse than their lot on "The Neverland," or perhaps an improvement. They look to Peter for help.
As it happens, as the ship was loading these poor boys, a large trunk was placed in the hold of the vessel, and locked up tight. There is clearly something magical about this trunk--whoever touches it is healed, begins to sense of the beauty if the universe, and feels a profound sense of happiness and well-being. Peter is determined to find out what treasure this trunk holds, and in doing so he runs across Molly Aster, the only daughter of the man who is scheduled to be the ambassador on Rundoon, and who has--oddly enough--booked his passage separate from his daughter. Initially, Molly clearly knows more about the trunk than she will tell Peter, but she is forced to take him into her confidence as Black Stache, the most dangerous pirate on the high seas, successfully attacks first Molly's father's ship and then heads for "The Neverland."
What the trunk holds is much more than simple treasure; the contents are so powerful as to be connected to the ongoing struggle between good and evil that pervades the universe. Peter and Molly valiantly try to fight off both Stache and their ship's own Slank from the trunk, but the battle for it takes a backseat as a violent storm whips up, and all the boys, Molly, Stache, and Slank wind up on an island inhabited by savages where visitors are promptly fed to a vicious beast in order to strongly discourage them from ever returning. "
Thanks to Molly and Peter, the trunk of starstuff is safe, returned to the Starcatchers and Molly's living father. Peter however, in his surviving exposure to the starstuff, has gained the permanent ability to fly. It is also uncertain as to whether or not he will ever age. Peter learns he will be an outcast, and even though Molly will return to London, he decides to stay on the island, so he can be the person he "really is" and not "a circus sideshow". The orphan boys decide to remain with him, and Leonard Aster creates a fairy, which they name Tinker Bell, to protect Peter. Peter and the other orphan boys are soon taught by the natives how to build a house, and they learn to survive on the island, which Peter names "Never Land" after finding a plank that said "Never Land" from the ship that wrecked on its rocks as he watches Molly, and only Molly, on the ship containing a her, a few starcatchers, Leonard, and Alf sail back to England.

Plot:
- Spoiler:
Based on a true story the film tells a tale of a widower (PItt) from the south in the 1880s who during some difficult times moves up to Michigan. He takes the position of a lighthouse keeper. After his first day on the job he goes to the house (which is a very nice h and rather large house) as he explores the grand house he discovers that in a room in the far end of the house he finds a sleeping bull. The man meets with the man who gave him the position and asks about the bull. He is told that he agreed to take care of any responsibilities that came along with the house and that includes the bull. At first the man does his best to keep his distance from the bull but often finds himself lonely being alone in such a large house.
One day when he comes home from the job, he sees the bull outside in the front yard. This is the first time that he has seen the bull outside of that one room. After observing the bull for a little while he notices that it is obviously limping. He attempts to seek around for medical attention for the bull but no one seems to want to assist an old frail bull. It is around this time that the man and the bull start to form a bond.
The man now begins to care for the bull in a nurturing way and he is happier than he's been in a long time. We see Him telling the bull much about his life story, about his childhood, about his wife, about the struggles he went through after his wife died.
One day when he comes home he finds the bull laying down in the room in which he originally found it. He doesn't pay much attention to it at first it but as the day goes on he realizes that the bull never gets up. He walks into the room and says to the bull “Do you want to go for a walk on the beach?" The bull just looks up at him. “Come on get up" no response from the bull. At this point he becomes emotionally intense screaming while a few tears trickle down his face “Come on get up! I want to for a walk on the beach!" The bull tries to get up but just collapses half way through the process. The man begins to sob violently now and sits down next to the bull.
He begins to work less and less hours at the lighthouse and instead dedicates his time to taking care of the bull. He spoonfeeds it, he reads the bull books and stories, ect. He received contact from some high up people upset with his lack of dedication to his work at the lighthouse. We see him building some kind of contraption. He goes into a meeting with the people upset over his lack of work. The meeting starts out fine but I'm the end it turns into screaming match and he leaves pissed off.
The contraption he was making is revealed to be a way for him to move the bull from the house to the beach. Using nhis contraption he takes the bull to the beach. They sit there and look out at the water silently for a long time. Finally he says “One of these days you're gonna go and I'm going to be alone again, but you're not. When you get up there I want you to find my wife, I want you to look out for her, and I want you to tell her that I'll be there soon, I've just got a few.things into do before I go... Can you do before that?" The two meet eyes. “I knew I could count in you."
He begins to spend his time more evenly between the lighthouse and his bull. He has another meeting with the same people in which they tell him that they are happy with his improved dedication and he tells them that bit has nothing to do with him. One day when he comes home from work he hears the bull crying. When he comes into the room he sees that bull looks to be in awful condition he sits there with the bull form the rest of the night. Crying he says “You can't be afraid to to go, I'll be fine." Later that night the bull dies. He digs a spot on the beach for the bull and buries him.
He spends the rest of his life working at the lighthouse and living in the same big empty house, but he doesn't feel as lonely knowing that his wife has a companion. Some years later he digs to more holes on either bsode of the bull. One for his wife (who's body isn't there but he puts some of her possessions in there ) and one for himself
